Dame Karen Falkler, Founder and CEO of Falkler Advisory, is an executive coach, advisor, and keynote speaker.
With her distinctive blend of expertise in executive development and physiology, Karen coaches leaders and high performers around the globe and has been internationally recognized for her work twice in less than four years.
Learners who are leaders partner with Karen to foster and accelerate growth, address and remove limitations, and have the impactful conversations that influence and drive success and meaningful change.
In addition to leading Falkler Advisory, Karen partners and collaborates with leading experts around the globe and is an Adjunct Professor for the graduate program at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
Karen is passionate about advocating for wellness as a cornerstone of leadership, sharing her insights at conferences and events. At the heart of Karen’s work is the mission to create massive systemic wellness change that starts at leadership.
